Job Description
This is a HR Specialist/Generalist position:
You will be involved with the full spectrum of HR Functions.
- Oversee and work with local and global payroll vendors to support the payroll process.
- Supporting the hiring plans and processes covering the full recruitment cycles.
- Support annual HR Programs - Performance management, Bonus and year-end compensation processes.
- Involvement in many type of HR Projects and initiatives on regional and global basis.
- Assisting in Evaluations, Implementations and maintaining HR Matters.
Requirements
- Progressive HR career with Generalist experience.
- Working knowledge for Japan Labor Law.
- Payroll/Payroll vendor management experience
- Willing to develop and grow in Human Resources.
