This position has the unique opportunity to oversee not just Japan but also South Korea and Philippines
Job Description
Responsibilities include :
- Identify and evaluate the non-compliance risk at country level
- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violation of legal guidelines and internal policies
- Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
- Identify, coordinate and undertake projects as needed to improve process and application of compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements
To carry about the above successfully, you would need :
- Industry specific experience - Insurance or Asset Management or Banks
- Experience in Compliance or Legal Functions
- Motivation to handling business not just in Japan but also South Korea and the Philippines
