Job Description
As the Regional Legal Counsel , you would be responsible for :
-Drafting, Reviewing and Negotiation of contractual arrangements
-Legal Advice and solutions in areas of contract, company, competition, commercial, anti-bribery etc.
-Drafting and implementing relevant legal policies and processes
-Delivering training on various legal issues of importance to the business
Requirements
To carry out the above successfully, you would need :
- To have graduated from Law School
- About 5 years of professional Legal Counsel in a multinational environment
