Job Description
You will be responsible for being a hands on compliance leader for the Japan operations. In this role you will be working with international team and domestic regulators to ensure smooth compliance functions for the company. Other functions include ensuring that frameworks are up to date and that internal audits are conducted with interaction with various regulators.
Requirements
- compliance experience in either banking or remittance
- hands on attitude
- strong language skills, bilingual in English and Japanese
- excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with various peoples and groups
