Job Description
The Total Rewards Analyst for the Asia Pacific region is a key role within the global Total Rewards team. The Analyst will work with the regional Total Rewards Leader to provide consultation and service delivery around all Total Rewards programs.
・Perform regular, thorough and deep technical analysis of effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs.
・Serve as an advisor to HR field partners and management on compensation and benefits-related matters.
・Aid in the development of key governance Committee presentation materials, as needed.
・Work with HR services, HR field partners and brokerage service providers to manage the local benefit programs to ensure timely, accurate and compliant administration.
・Partner closely with Talent Acquisition team to address critical skill attraction & retention issues in dynamic & challenging external markets and align with Total Rewards philosophy and strategy.
・Assist in the development and implementation of new programs/plans and changes of existing programs/plans and procedures.
・Act as a primary point of contact for external consulting firm to conduct annually market survey and year-end analysis process.
Requirements
・Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
・Requires 5+ years Compensation and benefits related experience.
・Requires advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to use pivot tables, write advanced formulas, and use Excel as a modeling tool.
・Solutions and client service-oriented, with an emphasis on problem solving.
・Strong understanding of broad-based compensation programs (base salary, variable pay, pay for performance, benchmarking data, job evaluation, etc.)
・Experience working in a highly matrixed environment.

【Preferred Qualifications】
・Working knowledge of APAC country experiences would be a plus.
・Experience working with variable pay programs such as sales or operations incentive plans is preferred.
・Workday experiences would be a plus.
