Job Description
• To manage and review existing HR policies within the company and ensure HR practices are inline with Japan labor legislation and compliance
•Take charge of the personnel and labor management system
• To take responsibility of the existing C&B team, reviewing payment related affairs
• To manage the HR team, including recruiting, and interviews and assisting in the hiring and on boarding process.
Requirements

Chinese - Fluent
English - Business Level
- Experience in Human Resources, leadership, would be a benefit
