This is a position as: HR Director

The brand proposes a unique opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to join them in an inspiring, fast-paced, exciting and ever-changing environment where the career possibilities are fantastic. You would be responsible for the oversight of the Company’s employee relations strategy. Executes HR policies and procedures in our support offices and stores across Japan; oversee all employment law-related cases; and ensure positive employee relations with the purpose of protecting the company from any employment related liability; all while staying current on employment trends.

Requirements
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
• Experience as a HR Manager (dealing with retail / service staff employee is a plus)
• Experience in retail or luxury industry is a plus.
• Team work and strong organization skills
• Sound knowledge of Japanese employment law and practices developed through experience in Employee Relations.
• Strong character, High flexibility and adaptability
