This is a position as: HR Director

You would be responsible for the oversight of the Company’s employee relations strategy. Executes HR policies and procedures in our support offices and stores across Japan; oversee all employment law-related cases; and ensure positive employee relations with the purpose of protecting the company from any employment related liability; all while staying current on employment trends.
Requirements
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
• Experience as a HR Manager (dealing with retail / service staff employee is a plus)
• Experience in retail or luxury industry is a plus.
• Team work and strong organization skills
• Sound knowledge of Japanese employment law and practices developed through experience in Employee Relations.
• Strong character, High flexibility and adaptability
