職務内容 - The Position:
This is a HR business partner || || 人事部ビジネスパートナー position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a member of the HR team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.
仕事内容- Daily task
• Working with cross functional stakeholders to meet business goals both from operational and strategic sides.
• Attracting and in charge of overall recruitment process from top talents from mid-career staff, Haken to interns.
• In charge of talent management including goal setting, coaching and performance review, salary review.
• Providing administrative assistance on HR data management, employee contract renewal, and organize company event.
• Leading and participating in various global HR projects with LA HQ team.
• 社内外の各部門担当と連携し、会社のビジネス目標を達成する
• 採用関連全般業務:中途採用、派遣採用、インターンシップ
• 目標設定、コーチングと業績評価、給与評価の業務を担当する
• HRデータ管理、従業員契約の更新、会社イベント開催などを担当する
• グローバル人事チームと連携して、グローバルHRプロジェクトをリードと実施する
Requirements
必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• Over 5 years of working experience in HR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese
• Value team work and has challenging spirit, good problem solving skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Interested in movies, TV shows and anime.
• 5年以上の人事領域経験
• 高い日本語と英語コミュニケーション能力を持ち社内外と良好な関係構築ができる
• チームワークの考え方を理解し、チャレンジ精神が強い、状況を分析と問題解決能力
• 良いタイムマネジメントスキル
• 映画鑑賞、TVシリーズとアニメへ関心ある
