職務内容 - The Position:
This is a Payroll manager ||ペイロールマネージャーposition.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a member of the HR team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.
仕事内容- Daily task
• Leading Japan payroll work flow and process while collaborating with APAC payroll team.
• In charge of payroll activities including salary, social insurance (401K and other benefit) management, on/off boarding payroll procedure management, expats payroll &benefits management.
• In charge of payroll vendor management & international mobility support.
• Advising on work rules revision based on Japanese labor law.
• Supervising and supporting payroll staff on daily payroll activities.
• APACペイロールチームと協力しながら、日本ペイロールチームワークフローとプロセスをリードする。
• 給与、社会保険(401Kおよび他の福利厚生)管理、入社・退職の手続き、管理、海外駐在員の給与および福利厚生管理などの給与活動を担当する。
• ペイロールベンダー管理と国際モビリティサポートを担当。
• 日本の労働法に基づく就業規則の改正を担当。
• 日頃のペイロール活動についてペイロールスタッフを監督およびサポートする。
Requirements
必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• Familiar with Japanese labor law, has solid experience in payroll, especially in global company.
• Strong skills in using payroll tools and systems, good excel skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
• Promptness, proactive, attention to detail, ability to gather & assess relevant information, team & time management.
• 日本の労働法に精通して、特にグローバル企業でのペイロールに関する確かな経験があります。
• 優れたペイロールツール、システム及びエクセルスキルを持ち。
• 優れた日本語と英語のコミュニケーション能力を持ち。
