職務内容 - The Position:
This is an APAC HR (senior) Manager position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a member of the HR team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.
仕事内容- Daily task
• Provide all-around HR support for employees and managers across the APAC region including Hong Kong, Japan, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Australia.
• In charge of overall talent acquisition activities via collaborating with stakeholders across APAC from sourcing to onboarding support.
• Manage the overall onboarding process including documentation, benefit enrollment, and new hire orientation.
• Be the expert to employees and managers regarding HR policies and initiatives in APAC.
• Driving employee engagement by solving employee relation issues and ensuring legal compliance.
• Collaborating with local COE to design and deliver customized HR programs and services regarding talent acquisition, employee mobility, Compensation and Benefit, diversity & inclusion as well as talent development.
Requirements

• Solid experience talent acquisition and HR shared service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese
• Good at multi-tasking, well-organized, energetic individual with initiative
