Job Description
INTRODUCTION
企業会計原則と手続に関する理解と、管理会計と財務分析の経験を持つ意欲的で経験豊富な人材を求めます。この職種では、会計と財務の観点から当社のロジスティクス部門のインバウンドおよびアウトバウンドのすべてのフローを戦略的に支援する原価計算を担当させて頂きます。

This job position is to support the production logistics division. This division has full responsibilities to manage all transport flow within the divisions inbound and outbound, packaging terminal and purchasing logistics. Those operations are in multi locations. The main goal of this position is to support transport operation manage and develop the End-to-End material flow and distribution of finished vehicles and KD kits from suppliers/plants to either end customers or KD plant; optimizing tradeoff between tied up capital, precision, lead time, availability, and transport cost. Being support business case evaluation under key cost savings activities “Product Cost Improvement program (PCIP)” including assurance savings result is reflect in financial result. Interface mainly with Plant Logistics and Production logistics.
As a Business Controller, you are part of one team that drives business performance to realize the division's objectives of the organization.
This will also give you the good opportunity to understand how the organization works all the way from supplier to customer. In your roles, you will be responsible for the reporting structure at Transport Operations Japan. You will also be a part of global financial and performance view for PL Transport Operations with the organization, securing the quality and analysis of the reported figures.
We are now looking for a well-qualified person with a strong operational mindset and clear interest in further personal development. He/she will lead the Business Control activities in Japan also be part of the Business Control network in the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties
• 会計・財務の観点から生産ロジスティクス部門を支援
• 経理部門と連携し、生産ロジスティクス部門の月次締プロセスの支援し完結させる
• 生産ロジスティクス部門の原価計算及び分析
• 生産ロジスティクス部門の実績と予算の比較分析
• 生産ロジスティクス部門および関係者と連携し、ロジスティクスコストを改善する
• 生産ロジスティクス部門のロジスティクスコストの標準原価作成報告する
• ロジスティクスコストに関して親会社のファイナンシャルレベルでの連携
• 生産ロジスティクス部門ファイナンスのビジネスパートナーとなる　
• 内部統制の導入及び維持
• 必要に応じ生産ロジスティクス部門マネージャーの適宜サポートする

• Prepare production logistics business area monthly management accounts closing with high level of accuracy.
• Support information and collaborate with ACC in Japan and other countries to secure timely, quality in period end closing process for PL Transport Operations - Japan.
• Deliver quality assured financial and KPI-related reporting and analysis of the production logistics cost in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform/drive variance analysis between actual and target or estimated levels.
• Coordinate & work closely with PL TO Japan team to identify potential improvement in logistics cost.
• Working with workstream leader to secure business case and savings under “PCIP” inclusive actual performance tracking of Logistics cost.
• Prepare and provide Standard cost of Sales (SCS) information for production logistics cost in Japan under annual SCS process.
• Prepare financial estimate for production logistics cost for PL TO Japan based on approved assumptions.
• Interface with the Parent organization's companies in terms of financial performance related to logistics PMI.
• Being finance business partner of Production Logistics area by provide prompt feedback to any queries from other business controllership or business area counterparts.
• Ensuring working process comply with internal control requirement.
• Ad hoc report or assignment as needed to support PL manager.

Requirements
Required Skills / Experiences
• Business Controller or related experience over 3 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance or relevant experience.
• Desirable for those with a background in manufacturing or Automotive, Logistics industry.
• Japanese: Fluent Level / English: Intermediate (Prefer business level)
• MS Office Excel: Advanced Level

• 製造業/自動車関連/物流・ロジスティクスビジネス等にて財務、生産管理、原価計算等のご経験がある方優遇
• 日本語：Fluentレベル（N1）、英語：読み書きレベル（英会話ができる方、尚可）
• Excelスキル必須
