Job Description
 The role implies solutions architect, domain architect, and security architect up to the
enterprise architect level. That means handling IT Solutions based on Business
demands, Data and connected applications, security as well as an overall IT landscape
based on guidelines from our Headquarter and Regional Center of Competence.
The role focus on the specific application and their purpose fitting in to the overall IT
landscape. Replacements of current application as well as optimizations of local,
regional and central solutions with the focus on the specific Japanese market is the
overarching task.
In detail:
 Create, design, prototype, and test new algorithms, methods, and models
 Define the application, system, and technical architectures for significant areas of
development
 Define and enforce relevant technical procedures and standards
 Take point in researching and developing new software products and applications
 Oversee developing future component architecture and migration plans

Requirements
Skill-Set for an IT Architect:
Understanding of fundamental IT Management, IT Security, System Architecture.
(e.g TOGAF, ITL, Scrum, agile IT Management, Project management, Cloud computing,
Dev-OPS, Free and open Source Software etc.)
Planning skills in order to identify the business need and translate this into application
solutions and designs.
Virtualization/Digitalization of requirements: Identify customer needs and translate into
applications, functions, demands, backlogs and sprints.
Analytic skills to think through the process and contribution of the solution to the fulfillment
of customer demands.
Communication skills to engage in cross-functional, diverse and international teams.
English in spoken and written form to express, negotiate and lead in above mentioned teams
