As an operator of our company's HR system, you will be responsible for the following tasks.

1. Improve the operation of each HR business process in Workday from joining to leaving
2. Update the reporting line due to personnel transfers
3. Implement the business process in Workday from joining to leaving
4. Design various reports in
Workday 5. Formulate a talent management implementation policy using Workday
6. Implement the introduction and deployment of Workday to domestic and overseas companies

Requirements
<Required qualifications>
・University graduate or above
・Experience in implementing, operating, and improving a human resources information system (3 years or more)
・Experience in data collection and improvement using Excel, etc.
