Job Description
This is a Retail Recruiter position
Reinforcing hiring and shop staff needs for Max Mara shops to attract the next generation of shop staff.
Working closely with Store managers on identifying recruitment needs. Screening and hiring appropriate candidates within the timeframes for retail shop staff
Continuous review of recruitment methods to respond to market changes.
Use the quality and efficiency indicators of hiring, including the hiring period, cost, and turnover rate.
Play a supervisory role to the retail recruiter in your team.
Requirements
•Strong communication skills
•Conduct constructive and collaborative relationships with superiors and peers.
•Be flexible and highly motivated
•Over 3 years recruitment experience (direct sourcing would be well received)
