•Payroll procedures. Process end to end pay runs for salaried and hourly employees.
•Coordinating outsourced payroll vendors.
•Manage external vendors.
•Experience in managing end to end payroll procedures.
•Strong communication skills and team spirit
•Sound knowledge of Japanese labor law and practices developed through experience in Payroll & benefits
