Job Description
Heading up the small L&D team to ensure the corporate goals and standards are met .
•Design L&D strategy working closely with multiple other department managers.
•Develop training strategy for both store and corporate functions.
•Take an overview of all admin associated with the department to ensure data records are accurate and usable.
•Assess and review effectiveness of current training strategies.
Requirements
Native level Japanese , Fluency in English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
2+ years working in L&D.
