Job Description
The Sales Director is a highly experienced professional in the advertisement, consulting, or web industry. The candidate will plan sales strategy, manage a team of 10 - 20 sales members, and will be motivated to solve problems & achieve sales goals. The ability to communicate with overseas members is a plus.
Requirements
-2+ years of line management experience in advertising, consulting, or web industries
-Ability to plan sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals
-Willingness to train and teach up sales staff/team members
-English (TOEIC 800+) is a plus, but not required
