Job Description
You would be responsible for advising on the Japan data privacy and advising and negotiation on third party contracts for the business. You would also be responsible for advising on restrictions for the Japan market for data privacy and other cybersecurity. Other responsibilities would include working with other in-house counsel and departments across AsiaPac and giving strong and practical advice on various issues such as compliance, security and and other legal issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Post Qualified Experience at a law firm or financial company
- Experience in Data Privacy
- Experience in Contract Negotiation
- Native Japanese and Business English
- Proactive and a problem solver
